We now have an exciting opportunity for a Night Supervisor to join our Nights Department.


As a Night Supervisor you will be required to
master the art of versatility and
inject some energy whilst completing a variety of duties.


The main duties expected within the role are:

  • To be welcoming and approachable to all guests visiting the hotel.
  • To retrieve guests information from the Park Regis data base and to enter and update information as appropriate for each guest.
  • To make guest reservations and book correctly onto the hotel booking system. Ensure updates on bookings are managed in a timely manner to ensure a service and occupancy is not compromised.
  • Look after all equipment & facilities.
  • In the absence of the Night Manager and Night Assistant Manager, be responsible for the Night shift by ensuring the correct staffing cover is managed effectively and in line with hotel budget, be a source of support for the team and manage guests complaints or requests that require a more senior member of staff to manage.
  • To be competent at operating standard office equipment as well as computers and all I.T and communication systems.
  • To strictly follow the Park Regis, Brand Standard policy and Laws in terms of Data Protection and Personal Identifiable Information and ensure the Nights team is aware and trained in this area.
  • Know and conduct Standard Operating Procedures for the night shift and to be conversant with all areas of Front Office Procedures.
  • Ensure accurate control measures are implemented and communicated to staff for cash handling, till and banking and ensure this is adhered to by all members of staff at all time.
  • To assist the Night Manger and Night Assistant Manager to ensure that the night's team supports the businesses by preparing conference rooms, the restaurants and bedrooms as required for the following day.
  • To manage the daily running of the department by providing supervisory support such as voiding transactions, amending transactions and managing customer and staff complaints.
