About You:

Experience of conducting and commissioning/managing monitoring and evaluations of the impact and effectiveness of services and programmes
Experience of using a range of evaluation approaches, including theorybased approaches and developing theory of change
Experience of delivering evaluation advice, guidance, training and coaching
Exceptional analytical skills
Strong stakeholder management skills with persuasive communication skills

About The Role:

Lead the design, management and delivery of a portfolio of strategically prioritised impact evaluations
Support the development of organisational capacity and capability to deliver high quality impact evidence, both inhouse and with external providers
Carry out analytical and research work to support the needs of the department and organisation
Work closely with the Insight and Data & Analytics Leads to build, improve and drive the practice of review and impact assessment of strategic level activities and planning processes
