About You:


  • Experience of conducting and commissioning/managing monitoring and evaluations of the impact and effectiveness of services and programmes
  • Experience of using a range of evaluation approaches, including theorybased approaches and developing theory of change
  • Experience of delivering evaluation advice, guidance, training and coaching
  • Exceptional analytical skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with persuasive communication skills

About The Role:


  • Lead the design, management and delivery of a portfolio of strategically prioritised impact evaluations
  • Support the development of organisational capacity and capability to deliver high quality impact evidence, both inhouse and with external providers
  • Carry out analytical and research work to support the needs of the department and organisation
  • Work closely with the Insight and Data & Analytics Leads to build, improve and drive the practice of review and impact assessment of strategic level activities and planning processes
