Best Interest Assessor - Fully Remote

OUTSIDE IR3
Up to £40 per hour

South Wales have an exciting opportunity for a qualified Best Interests Assessor to join the Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS) Team.

This role has come about at a perfect time now that the BIA team are looking to expand and grow over 2023.

What does it mean to be outside IR35?
If your contract is deemed Outside IR35, you are considered as running a business for tax purposes and are free to pay yourself in the most tax efficient way,
which is typically through salary and dividends taken from your company.

Job Duties:
To ensure the highest standards of service are provided to the residents of South Wales, Social Workers will ensure that:

To formally record assessments to a high professional standard, that can withstand legal scrutiny.
To support BIA colleagues in completing assessments providing guidance and advice as required.
This post holder is responsible for ensuring that all Safeguarding Adults Policies are adhered to and concerns are raised in accordance with these policies
