HR Recruitment Coordinator - Paying up to £18.50ph via Umbrella (£25,000-£28,000)

Main Details

  • Temporary HR Recruitment Coordinator approximately 3 months with the potential to go permanent
  • Location: Bromley, Kent (hybrid working, minimum two days on site).

  • Recruitment experience is essential as this role is very heavy on recruitment
  • End to end recruitment experience essential
- iTrent experience ideal

Enhanced DBS in place, dated within the last 2 years.


Qualifications:

Educated to good general level (minimum level 5/GCSE A-C in English and Maths or equivalent)
Level 3 Certificate in HR Practice
Degree or equivalent - Desirable


Knowledge and experience:

Experience of placing job adverts using a variety of platforms
High level of experience of using Microsoft Office packages for the recruitment and onboarding process.
Experience of using HR software solutions
Experience of working in a HR department
Experience of working in a HR department within the FE Sector - Desirable
Experience of managing recruitment campaigns
Experience of running and coordinating assessment centres
Experience of successfully managing the onboarding process creating outstanding employee experience
Experience of identifying and implementing solutions for hard to fill posts
Good understanding of Agency Workers Regulations and Discrimination Legislation


Job Purpose:


  • Responsibility for coordinating the recruitment approval process to include liaison with HR Business Partners, department managers/leads to ensure that managers fully and presenting requests at the weekly approval meetings.
