Job - Sub-Contracts Manager

Location:
Brandesburton

Salary - £36,000

Our client is a growing Modular Company who are recruiting an exciting new position of Subcontract Manager based at our manufacturing centre at Brandesburton.

Benefits:

Up to 12.5% annual bonus

Experience, Qualifications & Training:
Experience
2 years+ Subcontract management experience
Experience within the modular building or construction industry preferred.
Good negotiation skills.
Experience in a production/manufacturing background
Experience of dealing with subcontracts works on projects. Can understand scope of works/programmes/technical drawings etc.
Good standard of education and excellent numeracy skills.
Extremely well organised, adaptable, and experienced working in a fast-paced environment.
