About the Role

As part of our super dedicated Sheltered Services Stem, you will co-ordinate the services that are being provided in our sheltered schemes, which will help to facilitate independent living for our customers and enable them to become active participants in community life.

As part of a small mobile team, you will demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills so that we can deliver high quality services to customers within sheltered schemes, as well as liaising with external contractors, including those providing services on behalf of Buckinghamshire County Council.
