Lanes Infrastructure are one of the UK's fastest growing telecoms infrastructure provider, with a projected turnover in excess of £100 million, over 900 people and a network work branches across London & the South East of England.

We are looking for a Fibre Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing fibre activities on construction sites for fibre builds.

Your Main responsibility as a Fibre supervisor will be to manage the day to day running of the project ensuring all works are completed on time and to a high quality.

Responsibilities:

You will manage subcontractors and their activity e.g. splicing, PIA ducting, fibre blowing on site.
You will liaise with Highways and Local authorities to ensure everything is in place for the works.
Motivate, guide and mentor team members to exceed goals and create a positive work environment
Train new employees in company standards and job duties
Update daily/weekly reports with achieved productivity
Determine the resource requirements for the completion of all works
Regular status reviews on the project status
Promote accident reporting and champion Health & Safety on site
Control of site environment issues
Ensure all project KPI's are achieved

Qualifications & Experienced:

NRSWA Supervisors Ticket
Required
Industry Competence
Working knowledge of fibre activity
