Are you interested in working for a major distributor within the landscaping industry?

This fast-growing business, based in St Neots, are currently looking for a Part-time Receptionist for a 12-month fixed term contract initially.

The Details

Location: St Neots, Cambridgeshire
Duration: 12month fixed term contract
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am12:30pm (will need to be available for holiday/sickness cover for the afternoon shift as and when required)
Start: Week commencing 25/09 or 02/0
Pay: £12,290pa (roughly £22,000pa FTE)

The Role

In this position, the main aim will be to ensure a smooth operation and efficient handling of incoming calls, reception and post room duties.

You will also be fulfilling any general administrative duties as required, which may include data entry, writing and sending correspondence, and diary management.

This role will form part of a job share with another receptionist, and as such, flexibility to be able to provide cover will be required.

General duties include:

Meeting and greeting
Answering callings
Filing and scanning of documents
Being responsible for front of house deliveries
Maintaining and updating filing systems
Undertaking administrative duties
