Pay rates from £ £12.44 per hour

Temporary to permeant contract

Full time position working Monday to Friday either on day shift from 6am till 3pm or afternoon from 3pm till 01.15am - Days paid £11.44 per hour Afternoons paid £12.

We are looking for multiple production operatives in North Derbyshire Ripley areas, that are hardworking, reliable & have a real can-do attitude to work.

This position is a temporary-to-permanent position offering full time hours working days from 6am till 3pm, 40 hours a week.

About your new position.

Your new position will require you to work in their quality checking department, which will include quality checking products & providing the finishing touches before they are sent out for shipment.

This role will involve working at a bench with you sitting down for most of your shifts, can be repetitive, you must have a keen eye for detail, and can spot mistake easily.

The environment you will be required to work within, is a quiet area, with friendly welcoming team mates who can be on hand to support.

We are looking for someone who have the following:

checking over the finished product to ensure its good to be despatched
Working to the Production Schedule, provide strong focus and commitment to achieving build deadlines.
Quality checking products
Attending daily production meeting, ensuring data and information is shared, accurate, targets are delivered, and issues resolved in a timely manner.
Maintain a safe, clean and healthy work environment.
Happy to work within small and large teams
Can work sat down for 8 plus hours a day
Happy to conduct repetitive work
Has a fantastic work ethic
Excellent attitude to work
Wanting to work full time and gain a permanent position
Can take on direction and learn on the job
Fantastic attention to detail
Can work to targets and at a great productivity rate
Is reliable and hard working.
Organised, efficient and thrive in a fastpaced atmosphere

Can get to Ripley areas for 6am starts, and 01.15am finishes

Hours
We can offer two shift patterns once you start you will be assigned to one shift pattern.

Monday to Thursday am £12.44 per hour
Monday to Friday am £11.44 per hour
There will also be some opportunities when needed to cover additional overtime.
