The Residential Development Team
The Group Residential Development Team is responsible for delivering a National, fully integrated planning, consultancy, land and new homes sales service.
Excellence of service, operational consistency and high quality advice is at the core of the residentialDevelopment team's approach, in order to delight each and every customer and generate maximum value for Countrywide.
The Role
The Sales & Marketing Manager is a key member of the Group Residential Development team.
They will work as part of the UK's Residential Development Team, to deliver both the performance and the strategic requirements of our new homes sales programme, withintheir own area of responsibility.
The role will require working in close collaboration with other business unit leaders, functional heads, business partners and teams across the Group to deliver outstanding performance in line with our Purpose, Vision andValues and our stated strategic ambitions.
The role holder will maximise business opportunities both directly and through a team of sales people in the geographical remit and in the Group's Branch network.
By understanding the requirements and motivationsof our key clients, the role holder will maximise exposure to opportunities and service lines, resulting in market leverage for the Group.
