This job is being advertised by S&D Trade Recruitment Limited who operate as an employment business.

We are on the lookout for a demolition supervisor to join our valued client on a Freelance contract.

You will be responsible for overseeing and directing demolition projects, managing teams, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

The Demolition Supervisor will work closely with project managers to ensure that projects are completed on time and safely. in accordance to Method Statements


Working on small projects ranging from 10k - 100k, with around 70% of these being strip outs, and around 30% being full demolition.


Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in demolition and strip out operations
  • Proven track record of managing teams and projects
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to read and interpret plans, schematics and blueprints
  • Proficient in the use of heavy equipment and demolition tools
  • A valid CSCS/ CCDO card
  • SSSTS/SMSTS certification
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK driving license
