Description

Wates are looking for a receptionist to join our Wates Residential team, to provide administrative support to the Cardiff Office.


Demonstrate tenacity and helpfulness while demonstrating high efforts to maintain the productivity of the office and displaying confidentiality and discretion.

The individual will be a first point of contact for staff and occasionally external visitors.


As our Receptionist you will:


  • Be the main point of contact at our Regional office for staff and visitors.
  • Be responsible for the effective running of the office including associated materials, resources and events.
  • Liaising with staff and clients in an effective and professional manner.
  • Arranging couriers as requested and maintaining a log of all couriers booked.
  • Arranging travel and accommodation.
  • Stocktaking and ordering of office supplies and PPE.
  • Oversee management of meeting room bookings and resources.
  • Assist with event planning including catering and venues.
  • Maintain asset registers, employee annual leave systems and regional directories.
