They are looking for an Apprentice Customer Service Advisor to join an expanding vehicle service department team.

You will receive world class training and follow a vehicle manufacturer vehicle accreditation at the end of your year with our clients business.

What you lack in knowledge currently you will make up in with enthusiasm and professionalism.


Ideally, for this Apprentice Service Advisor role, you will have an interest in Cars or the Automotive industry and willing to learn to deliver world class customer service and communication to our clients customers whilst their vehicles are within the workshop.

The Apprentice Service Advisors day to day duties will be:

  • Responding to Customer Enquires efficiently and promptly
  • Provide high levels of customer satisfaction customers for life mentality
  • Booking in Services, MOT's and Repairs
  • Workshop loading assigning jobs to vehicle mechanics
  • Advising customers of when their vehicle will be ready
  • Accurate data entry into our clients data management systems
  • Ensuring the Vehicle will be ready at the time agreed
  • Quoting and providing Estimates to Customers.

Our client has a strong team with repeat business; you will be expected to have a professional approach, willing to learn and provide exceptional customer service skills with both customers and colleagues.


You will be confident and willing to deal with a wide range of people in a friendly and professional manner and participate and work effectively in a busy environment as a member of the team (don't worry after training).
