This is an exciting opportunity to join our Sense Active team, as we embark on a new four-year Sport England funded project, 'Active Lifestyles'.

This is a fixed contract to support our funded project, ending in March 2027.

Over the next 4 years we will grow our programme by reaching new people and new communities across the country.

Our ambition is to enable more people with complex disabilities to have access to the physical, mental, and social benefits of being active.

We've learned through our work to date that a person-centred approach is critical to the experiences people have, and we pride ourselves on giving people the time and space to engage with sport and physical activity in a way that best suits them.

We are looking for an organised and energetic 'Active Admin Programme Coordinator' who will support the administration, including data collection, invoice management and meeting management, as well as internal and external communications output of our Sense Active projects.

The is a new role within our Sense Active team and plays a vital part in supporting more people with complex disabilities lead an active life.

This role will be a fund based fixed term contract until the end of March 2027, working 37.5 hours week based from our Birmingham office.

Key Responsibilities
Organise and coordinate team meetings including planning dates, venues and team travel, and collect and share minutes and actions accordingly
Process and log invoices and sales invoice requests accurately and support management roles with other budget management processes
To collate team-wide communications content for the Sense website, intranet, blogs, stories, newsletters, and social media
Provide our Digital & Social Media Officer with suggested content across all social media platforms, reflective of all project work Key skills and experience
Administrative experience in a busy office environment
Proven experience of supporting effective project management
Experience in keeping accurate and up to date records of activity
Strong commitment to Sense's vision and values
Problem solving skills, proactive and forward thinking
Strong IT skills, with advanced use of Microsoft Office. With ability to create and manage excel spreadsheets for project management.
