An exciting opportunity has become available for Administration roles within the North West Diagnostics Team.

2 x full time positions (37.5 hours a week)

The North West Diagnostic Team operate a hybrid working model which will require occasional travel for key meetings.

The North West Diagnostics Team support Integrated Care Systems to deliver Diagnostic Transformation Programme Priorities. This includes supporting network formation, review of clinical pathways and general support for all Diagnostic Pillars. The overall objective of the team is to improve outcomes and access for patients to Diagnostics ensuring earlier diagnosis for patients and good management of associated administrative tasks


Key elements of the job role will include:

  • Supporting the Senior Diagnostic Transformation Managers to deliver the project management requirements for implementing the North West Diagnostic Transformation Programme Priorities.
  • Scheduling and supporting meetings, action taking, circulating and overseeing the completion of actions and updating central logs with progress status.
  • Supporting the management and engagement of events and meeting, this will include set up of Microsoft Teams as well as larger scale facetoface events.
  • Supporting the management of programme materials including ensuring effective file management and version control of updated documents, uploading of materials to online sharing platforms and maintenance of these materials/platforms, registration of new users to sharing platforms, effective maintenance and updating of collaboration network areas.
  • Supporting the Senior Diagnostic Transformation Managers to manage queries received into the team via the team mailbox, redirecting queries and ensuring the issue of timely responses and developing a set of frequently asked questions and answers.
  • Working collaboratively with peers to provide an effective support function where possible.
