Description

The Personal Assistant is a key supporting role working alongside our Partners and Directors. You will provide proactive support in all dealings, assisting with the delivery of projects and company initiatives as well as reporting, planning, scheduling, and organising tasks to keep time and attention focused on company goals, objectives and priorities.

Key Duties

:


  • Coordinating schedules, events, appointments, reservations and travel arrangements.
  • Act as a liaison between all departments, stakeholders and clients.
  • Support Partners/Directors in driving forward business objectives.
  • Reliably prepare, edit and maintain correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents.
  • Provide information for reports and records through research, data retrieval, compiling and/or tabulating statistics, and organising and presenting the information in useable and understandable formats.
  • Support the wider PA/EA team and assist in the induction of new employees.
  • Ensuring a constant and timely flow of information across all areas of the business.
  • Continuously look to improve processes and working practices.
  • Actively seeks to expand role into new areas adding wider value to the business

Your experience and qualifications

:


  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential
  • Attention to detail
  • Proven ability to effectively prioritise workflow
  • Demonstrably effective communication skills Ability to exercise good judgement, show initiative and be proactive
  • Ability to work independently in an organised and detailed manner
  • High standards of ethics and confidentiality to handle sensitive information
  • Ability to manage multiple conflicting deadlines
