Description

Responsibilities:

Work with KS3 to KS4 students with hearing impairments
Support gifted and talented students in the classroom
Deliver oneonone and small group support to students
Work collaboratively with the class teacher to create lesson plans
Assist in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
Use British Sign Language (BSL) to communicate effectively with students and staff

Requirements:

Must have a degree
Minimum Level 2 in British Sign Language (BSL)
Previous experience working with students with hearing impairments is desirable
Passionate about education and supporting students' learning
Excellent communication skills in both BSL and English
Flexible and able to work as part of a team
Ability to build strong relationships with students, parents and staff

This is a full-time position with an immediate start date.
