Works as a qualified member of the nursing team under the leadership of the Ward Manager, working in a collaborative and co-operative manner with other health care professionals to promote the wellbeing and interests of patients / clients in a learning disability setting.
To undertake any other duties of a similar nature consistent with the responsibilities of this post in order to provide a quality Older Adult Urgent Care service.
