Description

Works as a qualified member of the nursing team under the leadership of the Ward Manager, working in a collaborative and co-operative manner with other health care professionals to promote the wellbeing and interests of patients / clients in a learning disability setting.

To undertake any other duties of a similar nature consistent with the responsibilities of this post in order to provide a quality Older Adult Urgent Care service.

Provide and receive clinical supervision and appraisal as per Trust policy. Ensure an effective communication mechanism is in place, particularly with regards to patient care and progress.
