Contract hours:
Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (no weekend work) 35 hours per week
As a Customer Service Consultant, your role within Quilter is to provide a high quality and efficient administration service, utilising industry, product, and process knowledge to administer all client/adviser transactions and queries.
You will deal with urgent referrals, running reports as well as authorisations in the system.

To be successful in this role you will ideally have some previous experience in an administration role and with dealing with external client's or customers.
You will need to be a confident user of all Microsoft outlook and excel word, PowerPoint and ideally access and be proactive, with a strong work ethic and comfortable working both as a team and independently.
