Forge Recycling are a dynamic Waste Management company based in Leeds, West Yorkshire. Due to continued regional growth we are looking to recruit an customer services advisor to join the team.

General Scope
Working in the Operations Team and reporting to the Service Delivery Manager. You will be responsible for providing support within a busy and dynamic Operations environment.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

Responsible for taking incoming calls from trade and commercial customers.
Deal and resolve with customer issues.
You will have a clear, concise and professional telephone manner.
Liaise with the Operations Team and help to manage customer expectations, providing a first class service.
Quoting prices for services as and when required.
Take detailed calls for both Trade Waste and Skip customers; to include bookings.
Entering and managing accurate details on to a bespoke customer database.
Working closely with the wider Forge Team to help resolve an escalating issues.
Managing general operational issues and office administration.
A confident and professional telephone manner.
A team player with the willingness to go the 'extra mile' to exceed expectations and always see queries through to resolution.
Excellent communication and organisational skills, both verbal and written.
Enthusiastic and hardworking.
High levels of selfmotivation and the ability to multitask.

Education:

A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

A good understanding of MS Office and administration skills, with good data inputting skills.
A confident telephone manner and excellent relationship building skills.
Other duties as requested.
