Sales and Logistics Administrator - Chessington
Duties:
- Support the sales team
- Assist in putting new business proposals together to support the sales team
- Liaising with overseas suppliers, shipping agents, customers etc. regularly
- Processing sales orders
- Liaising with suppliers, hauliers and any other third parties as necessary
- Sales reporting based on KPI's to present in order for management to adapt to trends and patterns within the industry
- Monitoring stock levels within the warehouse
- Dealing with shipping of goods for customer overseas and in UK, producing correct paperwork and documentation
To be successful you'll possess:
- 2 years experience within a sales support/logistics or shipping role
- Experience dealing with international shipping is highly advantageous
- Aptitude for learning, and looking for a role whereby you can really get your teeth stuck into
- GCSE C's and above in maths and English
- An excellent communicator who it able to work in a busy yet fast paced environment
- Confident communicator and keen to get your teeth stuck in
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£27,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus scheme
