Sales and Logistics Administrator - Chessington

Duties:


  • Support the sales team
  • Assist in putting new business proposals together to support the sales team
  • Liaising with overseas suppliers, shipping agents, customers etc. regularly
  • Processing sales orders
  • Liaising with suppliers, hauliers and any other third parties as necessary
  • Sales reporting based on KPI's to present in order for management to adapt to trends and patterns within the industry
  • Monitoring stock levels within the warehouse
  • Dealing with shipping of goods for customer overseas and in UK, producing correct paperwork and documentation

To be successful you'll possess:

  • 2 years experience within a sales support/logistics or shipping role
  • Experience dealing with international shipping is highly advantageous
  • Aptitude for learning, and looking for a role whereby you can really get your teeth stuck into
  • GCSE C's and above in maths and English
  • An excellent communicator who it able to work in a busy yet fast paced environment
  • Confident communicator and keen to get your teeth stuck in

Salary:
£27,000.00-£29,000.00 per year

  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends
