About Our Client:

My client is a leading charity that helps thousands of service users in the West Midlands.

As Temporary Payroll Administrator you will be responsible for:

  • End to end payroll processing
  • Ensuring that all employees are paid on time via the payroll bureau.
  • Carrying out data processing on the iTrent payroll system accurately and efficiently
  • Dealing with all monthend and yearend payroll matters such as P60's
  • Verifying that the payroll bureau has calculated all statutory and HMRC deductions
  • Managing the company's pension schemes
  • Liaising with the HR to ensure the HR database is maintained and kept uptodate with alterations/changes
  • Posting relevant payroll and pension monthly journals

The Successful Applicant:


The most desirable applicant for this Temporary Payroll Administrator will immediately available and have end to end payroll experience to include month end journal and year end reconciliation experience.


What's on Offer:

Up to £28,000 plus benefits.
