Description
Acre Industrial Services is a leading provider of solutions to the Industrial Waste Management Services sector.


In order to support our continued expansion we require a new Logistics Transport Planner/Administrator to supplement our existing team within our busy Operations department.

This is a permanent position and will be based at our Head Office in Houston, Renfrewshire.


Duties include:


  • Ensuring all jobs are planned effectively
  • Preparing comprehensive jobs packs
  • Processing material movements
  • All company and client paperwork is correctly completed
  • Checking, processing and filing paperwork
  • Ensuring all compliance with VOSA and Working Time Regulations
  • Uploading and analysing driver information
  • Processing invoices on Tradify
  • Excellent administration skills
  • Excellent organisation skills as well as being able to prioritise workloads
  • Good knowledge of MS Packages e.g. Word, Excel and Outlook as well as FTA Gateway / Vision, and Tachomaster
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to follow directions accurately
  • Enthusiastic to learn and able to work on own initiative
  • Good communications skills with the ability to communicate at all levels across the business
.Due to the location of the site access by public transport is limited and therefore applicants are advised to have their own transport for which free parking is available on site.

The shift pattern after training will operate on a 4 on 4 off rotational basis.
