Description
Acre Industrial Services is a leading provider of solutions to the Industrial Waste Management Services sector.
In order to support our continued expansion we require a new Logistics Transport Planner/Administrator to supplement our existing team within our busy Operations department.
Duties include:
- Ensuring all jobs are planned effectively
- Preparing comprehensive jobs packs
- Processing material movements
- All company and client paperwork is correctly completed
- Checking, processing and filing paperwork
- Ensuring all compliance with VOSA and Working Time Regulations
- Uploading and analysing driver information
- Processing invoices on Tradify
- Excellent administration skills
- Excellent organisation skills as well as being able to prioritise workloads
- Good knowledge of MS Packages e.g. Word, Excel and Outlook as well as FTA Gateway / Vision, and Tachomaster
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to follow directions accurately
- Enthusiastic to learn and able to work on own initiative
- Good communications skills with the ability to communicate at all levels across the business
The shift pattern after training will operate on a 4 on 4 off rotational basis.
