Description
As a Service Administrator at Hi-Tech Property Services, you will be responsible for delivering administrative assistance to both our office and field operations.
Your key tasks will include:
- Answer all incoming calls to the business/helpdesk and action accordingly.
- Assisting in office procedures and functions.
- Dealing with customer enquiries,
- Raising quotation requests
- Raising supplier/subcontractor invoices.
- Updating jobs on the inhouse system where required.
- Experience of answering and dealing with phone calls within a very fast paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Able to prioritise and ensure tasks are done efficiently.
- Attention to detail and works accurately.
- Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
Your hours of work to be agreed upon acceptance and you will work as part of the service delivery team at our offices in Fareham.

Salary:
£12,000.00-£15,500.00 per year
