Description

You will work as an Advanced Clinical Practitioner on the Sheffield Frailty Unit.

You will be joining our established and well supported team on the unit.

This job is open to anyone who is a qualified ACP. You do not have to be NMC registered. You may be a therapist by background.

Working with the Medical team on the Sheffield Frailty Unit and our Same day emergency care unit to provide excellent care to our patients.
