Education Recruitment Consultant - Newcastle
Are you a strong relationship builder who gives excellent customer service ? Have you experienced success in Education Recruitment but want progression and improved commission ? Our working hours are Monday to Friday 7-5.30pm with greatly reduced hours during school holidays. We offer an Industry Leading commission scheme and a generous holiday allowance.

We are based in the centre of the city and offer a lovely working environment.
We also offer Work from home Wednesdays

The role includes the following ( this is a snapshot of the role with so many more aspects which make it fast paced and exciting, no day is the same )

Telephone Business development, contacting schools and settings in Tyne and Wear
Working with schools closely, building strong relationships
Filling daily, long term and permanent vacancies in a really timely and accurate manner
Arranging and attending client meetings/school visits and dropins
Using job boards and watchdogs to build your own client pool
