Responsibilities:

Liaising with internal stakeholders to collate, define and document the DLT strategy
Be the representative at industry meetings, helping to promote the organisation and further its credentials and reputation and help forge meaningful and beneficial partnerships
Be the representative at client meetings.

Present the DLT strategy and engage clients in meaningful discussion.

Lead responses to relevant RFP's and RFI's
Lead internal communications and collaboration across the company
Provide direction and engagement with the technology teams, leading the business context and direction for DLT development
Provide a contribution to the technical direction and solution for DLT initiatives
Active participation in the Scrum, Reviews and Retrospectives
Able to represent the company in wider discussions including business lead areas like AML / KYC, and technology innovations such as web3, Machine Learning

Experience required:

Experience in implementing DLT solutions into production environments
Experience in running development teams, leading industry groups, and leading client pitches
Clear and concise documenting and reporting skills
Experience developing and documenting corporate strategies
Senior Software Engineer, computer scientist or other similar computer software related discipline
Good knowledge of DLT and Blockchain, with practical experience of multiple platforms
Able to do preliminary research into technology solutions and determine suitability against requirements and NFRs
Experienced with working with multivendors and complex integrations, e.g., testing integrated systems comprised of Browser/Web Portal (HTML/XML/JavaScript), Cloud Services (Java, SQL), Third Party and Legacy systems
