Description

Leading Higher Education institution now requires a SaaS specialist to work in their HR learning and Talent management Product Team.

The Role

This Analyst Developer will provide Second/Third line support (incidents and service requests), triage API and SSO integrations, work with our client's in-house integration/SSO teams and vendor on any changes needed.

Analysis and decision making for Product configuration, and highlevel system configuration.
Service operations management for one or more HR SaaS services
Lead the technical roadmap and vendor/business relationship management.

About You:

Experience of Data structures/flows, and using APIs is essential.
Experience of supporting LearnUpon, or a similar SaaS service ideally in the HR Sector. (Must be willing to do similar work with other HR systems Such as Talentlink)
Excellent communication skills, selfmanagement skills and the desire to become an expert within this field.
Excellent vendor management, supply management and support skills.
Previous experience within a higher education is extremely desirable.

This fantastic opportunity is a 6-month contract role offering a daily rate of £450 Inside IR35.

In terms of office location, this role is based in Kings Cross with 1-2 days per week in our clients Kings Cross office and the rest working from home.
