Description
Team PA / Administrator to £30,000
The main function of this role will be providing PA /administrative support to the CEO and to the wider team of six staff.
Provide pro-active diary management and meeting co-ordination, including preparation
of meeting documentation where required.
Processing invoice payments, collating and submitting expenses and organisation of travel.
Arrange business travel and accommodation for CEO where necessary.
Maintaining and uploading documents to the company website ensuring that the information is up to date and current.
Arranging rooms for meetings, booking lunches as required.
Provide ad hoc admin support to the CEO and the team
