YOUR ROLE
Come and join the CEVA team We are looking for Warehouse Operatives at our site in Darwen.

You will be part of the operational team responsible for the movement and storage of goods to, from and within the site warehouse.

You will ensure goods are received, stored and dispatched accurately and on time.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

The shift pattern for this role is Monday-Friday rotating 06:00-14:00/14:00-22:00

Basic Salary is £20,611.5 per annum at an hourly rate of £10.57 per hour.

  • Unload goods from vehicles, ensuring the goods are received in adequate condition and the count is correct with the goods received note and all paperwork is completed correctly
  • Move goods to designated warehouse locations
  • Pick and pack goods as instructed
  • Load vehicles in accordance with the delivery manifest ensuring the load manifest is completed and the load is safe for transit
  • Follow all Health and Safety procedures
  • Support stock counts, PPI activities
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Someone who is a great team player but also able to work alone where required
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines and targets
  • FLT License is desirable
