- motivated individual to join their close-knit team and offer great benefits listed below.


What's involved?
- daily checks to ensure automatic job orders in Truckcom, resolve queries
- checking/adding non AJO surcharges where applicable

  • Truckcom management ensuring JO detail/rates correspond in IRIS
- haulier extra charge processing, vehicle demurrage/wasted charges
- haulier rating cross checks via Truckcom/excel
- resolve haulier rating queries
- produce/issue final haulier rate summaries via excel for vendor invoicing

  • IRIS management: job order generation, cancelling, amending, routing updates
  • IRIS management: container number reuse/triangulation
  • Dealing with interdepartmental queries
  • Dealing with accounts/Shanghai JO queries
  • Dealing with POD requests
  • CBS: Invoice processing/recovery checks
  • Mailbox management/assisting ops team where necessary
  • Any other ad hoc duties
  • General administration duties.

What Are They Looking For?

  • Great Written & verbal communication
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Experience within transport/shipping industry is preferred
