Description

The Role

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic individual with vision, drive and commercial expertise to lead the School's commercial provision, including lettings, holiday clubs and outdoor activities.

Our two heritage sites are home to a variety of outstanding facilities which provide the perfect setting for a plethora of events, including conferences, sports hire, weddings, and residential stays.

The Events and Lettings Officer (Maternity Cover) will enjoy promoting these facilities and organising commercial lets and hire, liaising closely with clients on their requirements for functions, weddings, conferences, seminars, and residential courses, as well as corporate and private hire events.

The Events and Lettings Officer (Maternity Cover) will have an appetite to develop the School's commercial offering further, working closely with the School's existing customer base whilst actively reaching out to new clients to expand the School's commercial network.

In addition to the coordination of business opportunities the Commercial Coordinator will offer administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), assisting with the development of strategic projects across the School.

Working closely with the COO, you will build upon existing portfolios for the School's non-term time lettings programme for local, national and international residential groups.
