Are you an experienced Pharmacy Dispenser seeking a new challenge? Are you looking to join a friendly and dynamic team within the NHS?


Job Purpose:
Band 3 Dispensing Assistant

Pay Rate:
£12.00 LTD p/h + £250 WELCOME BONUS


Location:
Hellesdon Hospital, Norwich


Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00


Key Responsibilities:


  • Dispensing and issuing prescriptions
  • Providing advice to patients and carers
  • Supplying stock items to dispensaries and wards
  • Visiting wards to facilitate new admissions medicines reconciliation
  • Assessing patient's own medicines for use during the inpatient stay
  • Helping to ensure that all activities within the area of work comply with departmental procedures

Essential

  • NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Service Skills or Equivalent GPhC Accredited course
  • Previous dispensing experience
