NYG Customer Service & Call Centre, Office Support £ per hour Leicester, Leicestershire, England Temporary / Interim Hybrid Working SF Recruitment are recruiting an Administrator to join their client who is Loughborough Based.
This is a hybrid position where you are required in the office 3/5 days, this post is suitable for individuals who have an eye for detail and enjoy administrative tasks.
This is initially offered as a temporary role and the salary for this position is £ £11.76 per hour and this will be for initially a 10 week period, possibility to extend for right person (£20,800 - £22,630) The role is working within a busy HR function and requires you to provide an effective and efficient customer focus for the support of the HR team.
Duties include:
- Ensuring records are maintained, checking and ensuring electronic files are aligned
- Inputting Data in to the system
- Support Right to work checks
- Processing and managing compliance
- Onboarding
- Administering of contracts and handling their queries
- Handling inbox Key Skills and Experience:
- Experience in data administration
- Confident telephone manner
- Ability to communicate well with customers
- Accurate and timely working ability
- Administration experience is beneficial as well as an interest in compliance If you are available to start immediately I would love to speak to you
