The Role:

A fantastic opportunity to take a leading role with clients and work in collaboration with an initiative-taking team in Corporate Finance

Due diligence projects
Conduct financial analysis and modelling to support strategic decisionmaking, such as capital investment, mergers and acquisitions
Develop financial models, forecasts and valuation techniques
Manage relationships with external stakeholders, such as banks, investors, and other financial partners

Special projects

Corporate Finance & Restructuring

The Person:

Chartered Accountant with strong academic background
At least 4 years experience in corporate finance, financial analysis, or related field
Commercially minded approach to problem solving
Strong numerate, written and communication skills
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and valuation techniques
High levels of commitment, enthusiasm and initiative
Strong organisational skills including the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills with the ability and confidence to deal with various stakeholders
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial modelling tools
