Are you ready to join a dedicated team of professionals providing essential support to individuals in their own homes and within the community? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you

Responsibilities:

Provide support to individuals with autism in their homes and in the community, catering to their unique support needs
Offer emotional support and companionship to individuals
Work independently as a lone worker, utilizing problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
Embrace a flexible schedule with shifts ranging from 9am to 9pm, accommodating both day and evening shifts

Requirements:

Previous experience working with individuals with autism and mental health
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate and patient approach towards individuals with unique support needs
Ability to work independently and take responsibility for individual caseloads
Flexible schedule to accommodate varying shift patterns
