Are you ready to join a dedicated team of professionals providing essential support to individuals in their own homes and within the community? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you


Responsibilities:


  • Provide support to individuals with autism in their homes and in the community, catering to their unique support needs
  • Offer emotional support and companionship to individuals
  • Work independently as a lone worker, utilizing problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
  • Embrace a flexible schedule with shifts ranging from 9am to 9pm, accommodating both day and evening shifts

Requirements:


  • Previous experience working with individuals with autism and mental health
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate and patient approach towards individuals with unique support needs
  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility for individual caseloads
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate varying shift patterns

£13.00-£13.50 per hour
