Description

Anderson Knight is currently looking for an experienced L&D Consultant to join our client's dynamic team in Glasgow. This is a full-time position offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective learning and development strategies aligned with the organisation's objectives.
Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify learning needs and create tailored development plans.
Utilise various instructional techniques and delivery methods to engage learners and maximise learning outcomes.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously improve training initiatives.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training programs, making recommendations for enhancements as needed.

Skills and Knowledge:

Proven experience in designing and delivering learning and development initiatives within a corporate environment.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Proficiency in learning management systems and other training delivery platforms.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Analytical mindset with the ability to assess training effectiveness and make datadriven decisions.
Knowledge of compliance requirements and regulations related to training and development.
Experience in managing endtoend training projects from needs analysis to evaluation.
Demonstrated success in developing and delivering engaging training programs that drive measurable results.
