Key Responsibilities:


  • Raise the payment to HMRC for PAYE
  • To manage, process and send reporting of our P11d with HMRC
  • To manage the company's Pension scheme. This involves the processing of pensions, reporting to our pensions provider, managing the three yearly autoenrolment
  • To be the site contact for staff regarding Pension / Payroll queries
  • To process our monthly payroll, including processing, checking, and raising the payment in our bank to be authorised
  • To prepare payroll reports as requested
  • To keep up to date with HRMC guidance and ensure the company follows the latest guidance.
  • To keep accurate records of the financial activities
  • To process incoming and outgoing payments from our bank statements onto SAP b1 as needed.
  • To cover raising and issuing of Sales and Purchase invoices
  • To deal with queries from staff and external suppliers regarding invoices and expenses.
  • Prepare monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
  • To provide information to our accountants to prepare our endofyear accounts and liaise with the auditors.
