Description
As a Customer Service Executive, you will be a vital part of our customer service team.You will interact with customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring they have a positive experience with our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in person
- Provide accurate information about our products and services
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Upsell products or services to maximize sales opportunities
Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
- Must be able to work well independently as well as part of a team

From £24,744.32 per year
