The Frank Field Education Trust (FFET) is looking for a new Chief Finance and Operations Officer to manage Trust funds efficiently and prudently, making the best use of resources through effective strategic planning, and supporting the Trust's growth.

The Frank Field Education Trust (FFET) is a multi-academy trust (MAT) based in the Northwest of England and West Midlands which aims to build on the work of outstanding teachers, leaders and schools within the Trust to serve schools and communities.

The Frank Field Education Trust intend to develop a growth model to enable our Social Justice strategy to be fully implemented, and wherever possible we will look to bring primary and secondary schools into the Trust.

We believe that all pupils in our schools will experience a high-quality education ensuring that all children gain the cultural capital necessary for a choice-filled life.

The role of CFOO will involve taking responsibility for:

The Trust's financial systems and processes, ensuring that they reflect the requirements of the Academy Trust Handbook
Maintaining a strategic financial plan that indicates funding trends and the

- needs of the Trust's Development Plan and provides forecasts for future years' budgets.

Formulating, monitoring, implementing and reviewing the Trust's Health and Safety policy, including Risk Assessment procedures
Overseeing the provision of ICT resources at the Trust including hardware/software and the efficient running of the IT Support Team.
Line management of the central finance team, including all aspects of performance management.
