Often after an injury, a person is unable to work and it can be some time until a case is settled, leaving them financially vulnerable for potentially long periods of time.

We are seeking to recruit a full-time Client Support Executive (CSE) to join our experienced team.


Purpose:


The main purpose of this role is to support our Consultants to provide an exceptional client journey both as they engage with us or as an existing client.


The CSE will build a relationship with our clients to ensure that they feel supported, whatever stage of their investment or financial advice journey they may be on, working closely with bother the Commercial and Client Relationship teams.


Key responsibilities:


  • Providing or 12) support for Consultants.
  • Building relationship with Consultant's clients and keeping them updated of progress in any area in which we are supporting them with.
  • Overall responsibility for all client work from initial appointment to annual review, including:
  • Report writing
  • Packaging and business processing
  • Generating tax information for Consultant to review
  • Letters of authority
  • Withdrawals
  • Valuations
  • General queries
  • Weekly meetings with Client Relationship Team (CRT) to discuss workloads and any matters of attention.
  • Provision of pipeline updates to Commercial team on a weekly basis.
  • Liaising with Commercial team on work being undertaken or potential issues on cases for Joint Ventures (JV).
  • Maintaining a good level of knowledge of the Centralised Investment Proposition.
  • Maintaining data on Intelligent Office (IO) system for all clients and reviewing Consultant's client records to ensure these are kept accurate and up to date.
  • Working with the Admin team to ensure that they are providing support where needed.

Person specification:

Knowledge and experience

  • Experience in using standard MS office software products including Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Experience of providing administrative support in a busy office environment.
  • Experience of providing excellent customer service,
  • Experience in report writing
  • Desirable.
Skills and abilities

  • Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people including legal representatives.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage own workload.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
  • Have a key eye for detail and an exceptional level of accuracy when producing documents and inputting data.
  • Ability to understand and interpret complex information.

  • Display selfmotivation, drive and enthusiasm,
  • Possess a flexible approach to work.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • A desire to support vulnerable clients.
  • Hard working, enthusiastic and reliable.
Education and training

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and numeracy skills.
  • English and Maths GCSE at C or above, or equivalent.
