We are looking for an Administrator to join our team in Canterbury.

Our administration offices are busy places and our clinical teams rely on our teams to provide an efficient, effective service to support them in delivering the very best care to our patients.

Prior interview you will be required to undertake numeracy, literacy and typing tests.

High-quality admin services are vital for ensuring the smooth running of our service; you can expect your days to be full of variety and challenge - some of the responsibilities for the role are listed below:

  • Daily opening of post, date stamping and despatch
  • Data entry eg inputting of information such as new referrals and updating of progress notes, results of tests or questionnaires or onto personal budget sheets
  • Checks relevant systems eg RiO for clinic appointment lists
  • Liaising with other internal departments
  • Taking minutes of meetings
  • Photocopying
  • Preparation of variety of documents and correspondence from tape, digital dictation or notes
  • Printing information in spreadsheet or report format as required
  • Likely to process confidential information
  • Laminating of posters or reports and binding as appropriate
  • Booking of appointments
  • Arranging meetings and events
  • Diary management
  • Ordering of stationery and other supplies
  • Supervision of Admin Assistants when required


This is a part-time role, worked Monday 9-5, Thursday 9-1 and Fri 9-5 (There is some flexibility with this which can be discussed at interview).

The role is based in Canterbury and there's also the opportunity to work from home on occasion (once fully trained)
