You'll be challenged every day as a DBA working on Replication, query optimisation Log Shipping, performance tuning down to milliseconds, Failover Clustering, Indexing, HADR set-ups, upgrading to SQL Server 2019 and more.

Needless to say, you'll be working on very large, multiple terabyte-sized databases where latency is a key issue.
