You will be part of a team who are responsible for delivery of projects across AXA Health, operating and influencing at all levels, providing strategic HR advice, guidance and support and playing an integral role in this transformation.

In this role, your stakeholders are predominantly based in Tunbridge Wells, so regular access to this location is required in this partnering role, but flexibility around location can be discussed.


What you'll be doing:


  • Working within a flexible pool of consultants, adopting the agile and traditional methodologies and sharing experiences.
  • Working/contracting with the Senior HRBPs to scope key projects in line with our strategic direction.
  • Lead, prioritise, design and deliver HR projects/innovative solutions and change in partnership with the business to ensure continuous improvement and value add to the business and our customers.
  • Ensure strong stakeholder management and escalation where needed.
  • Produce presentation / consultation packs as required to progress initiatives where necessary working to AXA OD principles.
  • Provide project communications and upskilling as needed to ensure successful delivery and embedding.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to the business on HR policies, processes & procedures relating to the project delivery.
  • Analyse and report on HR MI to provide effective solutions & strategies to ensure metrics are being met and shortfalls are addressed. (e.g. turnover, headcount, discipline and grievance, performance management, absence, reward).
  • Work collaboratively with other parts of AXA Health and across AXA UK & Ireland as needed.

  • HR CIPD qualification.
  • Commercially aware.
  • Effective stakeholder management skills, excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills essential.
  • Strong data analysis skills.
  • Well organised, pragmatic and calm in pressured situations.
  • Project Management skills and experience.
  • Influencing skills ability to influence managers at a senior level and employees at all levels.
  • Ability to adapt to change easily and work with ambiguity.
  • Coaching skills.
  • Able to work in sensitive situations and maintain confidentiality.
  • Actively seeks customer feedback to monitor progress and initiatives improvements.
  • Has up to date knowledge of employee legislation and its implications for the business.


As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorized to work in the United Kingdom.
