Do you have excellent front of house experience and strong communication skills? Are you able to multi-task whilst remaining highly organised? Signature Recruitment have an exciting opportunity as a Receptionist, at a prestigious London University.

This is a full-time position, on a temporary contract.


Receptionist Main Responsibilities:


  • Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, staff and students
  • Managing general reception queries
  • Handling queries from staff and students
  • Managing the post
  • Liaison between teams
  • Meetings coordination
  • Report writing
