We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our team working in a newly constructed building with a social media company located in the Barbican area.

What we require from you:
- SIA License (Essential)
- Customer service knowledge (Essential)
- Great Presentation (Essential)
- Previous security & admin experience (Desired)
- Front of house experience (Desired)
- IT literate (Essential)
Job Overview
- 4on4 off shift pattern (days/nights)
- 12 hour shifts
- Pay rate £13.80 per hour
- Access Control
- You will need to be comfortable with verifying credentials of all persons who enter the building and ensure they comply with office rules and procedures.
- Visitor Management
- To meet and greet all visitors, providing a high level of customer service striving to meet and exceed expectations
- Patrolling
- Conduct security patrols within the floors on a 24/7 basis providing attention to detail and reporting any faults or hazards identified.
- Incident Management
- Maintain close working relationships with the relevant Building Management team and to coordinate efforts with respect to matters such as Emergency Procedures, Building Safety, Fire and Bomb threat evacuations.
- Asset & Key Management
- Maintain high levels of integrity and manage the lost and found process within the office. Also be a custodian for keys in the office.
In addition build and maintain a current, working knowledge of all policies, procedures, systems, and developments, as well as general information, to be able to provide staff and visitors with information as required.
