North Westminster Mental Health Hub/ PCN is looking for a Team administrator who is enthusiastic and motivated to support the North Westminster Hub working in a full time permanent capacity.


Reporting to the Senior Administrator, the post holder will be responsible for the day to day administration tasks within a team including answering phone calls at reception.


The post holder will be expected to support the data performance lead with ensuring data is kept updated and accurate to the high standard.


The post holder is expected to maintain excellent communication, interpersonal and liaison skills across multi-disciplinary and multi-agency settings, providing and receiving confidential, complex and sensitive information.


The successful applicant will be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite and previous experience of an electronic patient record system like SystemOne would be advantageous.


Reporting to the Senior Administrator, the post holder will be expected to support the teams in delivering the highest quality, innovative, patient centred service.


You will be required to provide high quality, comprehensive administrative support to the teams using excellent communication, organisational and IT skills.

You should be able to work independently, using discretion, judgement and critical analysis where appropriate.
