LHH Recruitment Solutions are recruiting for a GPO - RTR to join a global business in Manchester to lead the RTR function.

You will be managing a team of 11 which will grow, the team are based both in the UK and US.

Key Duties:

Management of the RTR function across the business
Transition of activities into the centre in line with the project plan
Implementation of SLA and KPI's
Recommend improvement and modifications across activity reports
Ensure compliance of Record to Report function is SOX Compliant
Develop the business functions roadmap
Drive global transactional process standardization through the business and teams
