    Hunter Savage is delighted to be partnering with a leading NI law firm to recruit a
    Finance Assistant on a permanent basis.


Reporting directly to the Financial Controller you will be apart of a bigger finance team and will share responsibility for the daily transactional activity of the business.


The Role:


  • Maintaining current and accurate bank account records
  • Keying/coauthorising/processing electronic payments
  • Liaising with branch banking teams and colleagues to record receipt of transactional funds
  • Reconciling bank accounts
  • Recording disbursements to clients' ledgers
  • Production of cheque payments
  • Preparation of bank lodgements

The Person:


  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication skills and well organised approach to managing workload.
  • Professional and diplomatic when dealing with clients
