ERP Systems Manager (Dynamics 365 Business Central), Luton, £55,000 + Bonus, Global manufacturer, Enterprise client base, £177 million turnover, International userbase, Ongoing global Business Central rollout

An international manufacturer are looking for an ERP Systems Manager to take ownership of their internal ERP systems as they continue a series of global upgrades to Business Central.

The role is based 4 days on site in Luton and offering £55,000 as wellas a company bonus (c10%).

They are currently running multiple versions across different territories including BC in the US, NAV 2018 in the UK and NAV 2017 in Asia and North Africa.

You will spearhead the upgrades internally working alongside a 3rd party project team - being the'go to' point of contact for ERP both internally and externally.

It is a broad role where you will be responsible for delivering training and support on Dynamics as well as proactively working with the userbase to scope, design and build out the Dynamics systemto optimise performance.

The requirements are

Strong knowledge of Dynamics NAV/Business Central
Experience providing 2nd line support on Dynamics NAV/BC
Experience providing training on Dynamics NAV/BC
Manufacturing knowledge
Testing knowledge is advantageous
SQL Server knowledge and any EDI knowledge is advantageous
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
